The Maspalomas Dunes is a unique natural area in the Canary Islands due to its beauty and the variety of ecosystems it houses. Protected as a special nature reserve, its 400 hectares include an excellent beach, a field of living dunes of organic sand, a forest of palm trees and a brackish lagoon. This mixture of desert and oasis is located on the coast of the extreme south of Gran Canaria and is surrounded by the famous hotel establishments of the great tourist center of Maspalomas.

Bailar en las Dunas Editorial de Bodas en Gran Canarias 2 - Dance with me Across the Dunes

This editorial, created in the dunes of Maspalomas in Gran Canaria, celebrates with defiance and self-confidence the lightness of being: dancing and dreamy moments under the glow of the rising sun, the Atlantic trade winds in your hair. The words “elegance” and “closeness” to nature are no longer opposites.

Crafted from silk and delicate French lace, the two-piece from Australian bridal fashion brand Grace Loves Lace is perfect for a fashion-oriented bride dreaming of an elopement or a destination wedding – this dress is easily packed and still allows for a large entrance. On her sun-kissed skin, all this bride needs is a small accessory, a necklace by Milanese designer Simona Barbieri of Twinset Milano.

As soon as I received this editorial in my mailbox, it made me feel and live the magic of this wonderful spot. Today I bring you something different, something that inspires us, helps us dream and invites us to be ourselves. Enjoy the little things in life, enjoy what nature offers us and dance!

dance across the dunes…

A wonderful job organized and captured by Chris from Wild Malva, wedding and elopement photographer available worldwide. And what to say about the wonderful movements of the dancer Ciara that despite the strong winds and low temperatures during dawn, she nailed it.
